I ordered two kits from Lowes for insulating the garage door.  There was measuring, cutting and pushing and pulling, so it wasn’t trivial, but overall, these were pretty easy to install. They are styrofoam with a white vinyl facing.  They look pretty nice.  My wife didn’t want to cover the windows so I used those pieces for the shop, so look at the shop page  for that.
